Nagi Prabhu

Nagi Prabhu is a distinguished technology executive with over 25 years of proven leadership in SaaS and enterprise B2B software, driving innovation and transformation across multiple industries. He has led high-impact product organizations in companies ranging from early-stage startups to publicly traded enterprises, consistently elevating product excellence, accelerating growth, and strengthening market position.

Before joining iTradeNetwork, Prabhu served as Chief Product Officer at GovOS, a leading GovTech software company, where he spearheaded product innovation and organizational expansion, contributing directly to the company’s successful acquisition by Arlington Capital Group (ACG). He previously held CPO/CPTO roles at Qualys (NASDAQ: QLYS), SolutionReach, and Icertis, where he built and scaled product strategies, strengthened market differentiation, and oversaw the complete product lifecycle—from defining vision and achieving market fit to driving platform growth and reshaping business performance.

He is based in the San Francisco Bay Area and holds a degree in Computer Science from Bangalore University.
